Boyka Fightwears is a B2B manufacturer and supplier of martial arts uniforms, fightwear, and sportswear based in Sialkot, Pakistan, serving brands, academies, distributors, and wholesalers worldwide. All products are quote-based; pricing is not published on the website and is provided upon request depending on order specifications.
2. Quotations
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information submitted (quantity, sizes, customization, and materials).
Final pricing is confirmed only after design approval and order confirmation.
Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change based on raw material costs.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Custom and private-label orders are subject to a minimum order quantity, which will be communicated during the quotation process.
4. Samples
Sample production may be requested before bulk order confirmation.
Sample charges (if applicable) and delivery timelines will be shared separately.
5. Customization & Design Approval
Logos, embroidery, patches, labels, and packaging customizations require client-provided artwork/design files.
Production begins only after the client approves the final design/mockup in writing.
6. Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment, as outlined in our Payment Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, designs, or trademarks submitted for production. Boyka Fightwears is not liable for third-party IP disputes arising from client-supplied designs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Boyka Fightwears is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, or third-party shipping issues.
9. Changes to Terms
